Description
Systems thinking is an approach for studying and mapping complex feedback systems, such as ones found in Disaster Risk Management and many other social systems. The term system describes a network of independent actors and the relationships between those actors. The term feedback describes a situation where actor A affects actor B and then B in turn affects A in a chain of cause and effect. This workshop was an interactive and experiential session to dive into Systems Thinking building blocks that are used to help visualize and understand complex systems. We explored feedback loops which are the key to seeing through complexity and designing strategy with a new perspective.
