Present a novel technology on early warning systems for floods that can increase the resilience of cities and reduce the risks inherent to floods. Study cases and results of the technology will be discussed to enable an engagement with the public sector and, through collaboration, bring these solutions to more cities that suffer from a severe flood problem. The ultimate goal is to prepare our urban areas for the weather challenges of this century.
