UR Caribbean boasted close to 500 participants with representatives from over 20 Caribbean countries and abroad. The week opened with a keynote speech delivered by the Honorable Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Amor Mottley, followed by over 24 plenaries and technical sessions, 13 intensive workshops and trainings, cultural experiences and risk data exhibits.
